Thanks to everybody who came down to Electric City last week, the place was sweaty and full and I thought my set went really well, a slight departure from my normal mostly electro sets, this one was a mostly techno one but still had a few electro bits in the form of Jimmy Edgar’s “My Beats”, some classic John Davis, Kraftwerk, DMX Krew. I’ll see if I can rustle up a full tracklist of what I played.

Speaking of mixes, Philip Ryan kindly commissioned a new mix from me recently and has it up over on his own Cypher-Music site (there’s a lot of Irish DJ sets up there, check it!). My mix is here:

Hope you like it! And for even more electro action, the master of that Dutch sound Legowelt will be playing live at Electric City in Wax this Thursday. You may have heard his tracks on Clone, Bunker or Creme Organization, you may have seen him play live before at the Metropolitan, Traffic or Crawdaddy, but either way this is an essential gig for fans of that electro/Italo/Chicago sound. Support comes from Barry “Interdimensional” Donovan and Dan “Cold Fusion” Power.
