November chart
A chart of records for November:
1) Fastgraph - Evasive Manoeuvres [Klakson]
More fasted paced 145+ bpm electro from Fastgraph, just the way I like it!
2) Smith N' Hack - Space Warrior [Smith N' Hack]
Smith N' Hack, buy on sight!
3) Synthme - Vol. 1 [Planet Mu]
A bit late with this one, infectious acid techno from one of the newer Planet Mu artists
4) Andrea Parker - Here's One I Made Earlier (Sampler 2) [Touchin' Bass]
A two part collection of rare and unreleased Andrea Parker tracks, I didn't like the sound samples of the first 12" but I liked this one
5) DJ Boss - Bottle Treatment EP [Dolegate]
Saw him play at The Cavern a while ago, liked this tough little number
6) Osbourne - Outta Sight [Spectral Sound]
I'm a bit late with this one also, the Luke Vibert remix is the standout track here
7) Unknown Artist - Ugandan Speed Trials [Downwards]
Killer broken beat techno from Surgeon's label
8) Members Only - Historical Archives Vol. 6 [Members Only]
Classic disco action!
9) Various Artists - We Bring More Drama [Frustrated Funk]
Squelchy sounding Dutch electro styling here. Scottish artist Marco Bernardi might be familiar to some of you seeing as he's played in Dublin a few times recently
10) Gescom A1-B1 and C1-D1 [Skam]
Two 12"s of mutated acid weirdness, super essential!
I sold my Ecler Smac Pro 4 mixer recently. It was a grand 'oul piece of equipment but I felt it was time to invest in something a bit fancier. I've been eyeing up the Rane Empath 3 channel mixer (the normal one, not the rotary version). Anybody out there use one of these before? Yay or nay?
The vinyl encoding is still ongoing, only 760 records left to do, over the half way mark! I've added more records to my records for sale thingie on Discogs, sure you might as well have a bit of a browse while you're here!
