Multipy virus

Apologies for the lack of updates recently, I’ve been really sick and haven’t felt that motivated to write about records or nerdy stuff. I also haven’t been out in ages as I’ve been trying to take it easy and recover from the throat infection from darkest hell. I’m still recovering from that so social activities are unfortunately still on hold. In the meantime check out my mixes section where I’ve hosted most of Rob Hall’s monthly DJ mixes (he takes them down after each month and puts up a new one, but he kindly agreed to let me host the old ones, yay!).

The one good thing about being sick and staying in is that I’ve been able to spend a bit more time on the great vinyl encode project (where I record all my records onto my hard drive). So far I’ve recorded about a thousand records, I’m almost half way! I’ve put a few of them up for sale on Discogs.com, go check them out as you may find a bargain! I’m adding more all the time so check back in about a month or so and there’ll be loads more.

And lastly, I was digging around through some music files and found a remix I did of “Don’t Go” by Yazoo for a remix competition that was held, oh, a year or so ago? Anyway I basically just chopped the crap out of the track, have a download and see what you think: Yazoo - Don’t Go [skkatter remix]

PS: I didn’t win the remix competition

Thank god your back with remixing tracks!!!

I’ve been a big fan of your remixes and have been waiting for quite some time to hear a new remix of yours.

So I’m saying a big thank you and hope you keep em coming!
