I haven't heard anything from you yet, but that "diddy" snippet i heard was fun. anyway, I can definitely recommend the rane empath mixer. I've used it a few times and it's great. I usually play with a friends TTM-57 SL (because of the Serato), but the sound and build quality are great, a lot better than any Vestax I ever used. Also the faders are really smooth and nearly indestructible, they'd still work if you drowned them in beer (altough I'd still advise against doing it on purpose). I sound like a commercial, but I doubt you'll find anyone disagreeing. If you just use conventional sources, go for the empath, if you'd also like to play digital files, try the SL57 first, as of now this is too the best solution for pseudo-vinyl. (compared to DigiScratch & FinalScratch) Enough of this, I'll go check out some of your mixes now. hi skkatter,

I'm sure recording and then selling on is probably against the law, just like copying tapes is against the law, not sure if anybody was ever charged for it during the 80s though!
